When I begin my PC, it uses 3.2GB of RAM, but during gameplay such as GTA V, Minecraft, and GOD (all verified), it suddenly switches to 14GB even though I have 16GB available. After closing a program, the RAM stays stuck at 10GB, like it never changes. My system crashed frequently due to insufficient memory, despite having a full memory backup. This issue started when I got the new PC, which is only a month old. Help needed!
