It’s probably salvageable, though you shouldn’t be stuck paying for a really poor assembly – like the fan might not be in the right place or maybe it’s not even functioning correctly. Honestly, I'd just return it and try ordering again if I were you, as rdg1101 suggested. You could also reach out to Cyberpower for support, but that could take ages, and ultimately, if the cooler is faulty, you’ll still have to send it back for a replacement anyway. It’s much simpler and quicker just to return it.

What’s the temperature and how much is your CPU and GPU being used?

Are you resetting the PC? Did you do a fresh operating system installation for this setup?

Why is the memory running so slowly?

Also for the RAM It was pre built of amazon by cyberpower but am looking to upgrade

I wasn’t quite sure what to do, so I searched for “reset” in the lower-left corner of my screen and then reset it using that method. I'm not familiar with how to do a full reinstall.

I’m still waiting to get information about the CPU and GPU temperatures and how much they’re being used. Also, could you tell me what kind of power supply unit (PSU) you have – specifically, the make and model? If it's a standard, basic one, we should probably replace it.
