The Dell G5 is a desktop with decent cooling, though the fan noise is excessive. A 2-fan shroud might have improved the situation, but they opted for a very loud one instead.

Verify both components are fully stable. Consider testing both sticks at 2133mhz with standard settings. Disable any CPU overclocking. Ensure RAM sticks are positioned in slots A2 and B2.
