Hi guys, I'm having some issues with my GPU in games. It doesn't work at 100% usage, only at 20%, and I'm seeing low FPS. My CPU is running at 23%, which doesn't seem to be the bottleneck. Will I be able to reach 60+ FPS once the problem is fixed?

PC specs:
CPU i7 920
Motherboard PEGATRON CORPORATION TRUCKEE 1.03
RAM 8GB
GPU Msi r9 270x 2GB twin frozr
PSU 600W rexpower [maybe the PSU is faulty]
HDD Samsung sp1614c 150 GB

What is the RAM utilization?

gpu and cpu temperatures remain acceptable at around 50°C, but i plan to check ram usage next.
