I followed the steps by installing the newest SDK platform tools, then running ADB commands via Windows Command Prompt inside the tools folder. I enabled developer options in phone settings and activated USB debugging before connecting the phone to my PC. The commands I used were: adb shell and pm uninstall --user 0 com.miui.analytics. The issue was resolved.
