Greetings, I'm experiencing an issue. I recently purchased an Acer Predator 15 G9-591-74P2 notebook and installed the drivers, updating them before attempting to play a game. However, the game immediately crashes without any error messages—specifically, it displays a PUBG crash report—even after reinstalling Windows 10 and PUBG itself. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this problem. Excuse me for my English; I hope someone can provide a solution.

Reduce all of your display options and consider limiting your frames per second. Navigate to your Steam library, click on PUBG, go to properties, then choose boot options, and enter "+fps_max 60" to see how it performs.
