Your phone and PC are both using the same 5GHz network, yet your phone is only achieving 110Mbps while your PC reaches 50Mbps. The new Wi-Fi card you have might not be fully optimized for that speed, or there could be interference affecting the PC more.

No, it doesn't handle real-world speeds of 150mb/s—it's just marketing fluff. Those figures are just the bandwidth claims. I'd suggest using an AC2100 Wi-Fi card. My 4x4 AC3100 works well! The AC150 models are really cheap and not worth it. ASUS makes excellent Wi-Fi cards, so I’d recommend those. You might have been misled by marketing tricks.

They've been discussing this. It's a very inexpensive, basic adapter that works only for extending a Wi-Fi signal by about a room.
