High disk usage during startup is typical because Windows is initializing, loading drivers, and transferring saved files from storage to RAM. This process often causes significant activity across most components, usually resulting in at least a 50% load.

Nothing happens with no reason, first thing to check is it's health status.

I assume this is a hard drive? Open the Task Manager>>>Details>>>Right Click on columns>>>Select Columns>>>Check IO/Read Bytes, IO/Write Bytes. Order details by IO/Reads and it should give you an idea of which apps are using the disk.

Windows executes scheduled maintenance automatically on a daily basis while your device is idle. If you've overlooked a maintenance session due to inactivity or busy periods, it will carry out the catch-up maintenance the next time you power on your computer. Refer to Control Panel, Security and Maintenance, Automatic Maintenance. You have the option to adjust the timing so maintenance occurs whenever your computer is always active. Additionally, you can access the Task Scheduler to review scheduled updates for applications such as Edge, Chrome, Acrobat, etc., and modify their timing to avoid simultaneous activation when you log in.
