Hello,
I cleaned out my PC myself and since then I've noticed some issues. I needed assistance with these problems. I've observed that watching Netflix on the web is unstable, with black screens appearing and disappearing. It isn't a monitor issue because I changed the monitors, yet it still happens, which suggests it's related to my PC. How can I fix this? Also, I'm having noise from the PC that I can't describe clearly, but when I increase the game settings, the noise becomes louder. Any advice would be appreciated.
