Hello friends, I'm really stuck and need some help. Let's figure this out together. For weeks I've been having trouble with my computer and nobody can fix it for me. To start, when I play Diablo 4 or Forza Horizon 5 or Days Gone, everything goes perfectly fine. But when I try Cyberpunk 2077 or Red Dead Redemption 2 or Witcher 3 for just ten to thirty minutes, the game freezes and forces a restart. That sounds strange, right? My PC is built with a lot of powerful parts: an Intel Core i9 13900KF, a Z790 motherboard, sixteen gigabytes of RAM (two sticks), a gaming graphics card called RTX 4090, a big hard drive named Samsung 990 PRO, and some other cool accessories like SSDs and power supplies. I have the newest drivers installed for everything, checked my computer for bad files or viruses, and even tried changing both pieces of RAM at different spots in the slots. Nothing made any difference. If you want to see the file I created, here is a link: https://dropmefiles.com/vDROz

Protecting your zip file with a password isn't really smart, because it creates unnecessary trouble for anyone trying to use it later.

This zip file doesn't have a password. The other file is a .rar format here: https://file.io/YKmvBDQWRWna

Downloaded twice, password required to open both times.... The .rar file was fine however. It's never wise to make a firm diagnosis based on only one dump, but the 0xA (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) bugcheck in this dump occurred because a driver attempted to access an invalid page (not allocated or paged out) whilst running at an elevated IRQL. Only third-party drivers make this kind of basic error, usually because the target address pointer gets messed up. In your dump the third-party driver that fouled-up was nvlddmkm.sys, the Nvidia graphics driver. You can see it being called several times in the following call stack extract, followed by the bugcheck... Code: ffffce02`53866668 fffff804`37f82a7f nt!KeBugCheck2+0xe1f ffffce02`53866670 ffffbc81`63fcd180 ffffce02`53866678 00000000`00000001 ffffce02`53866680 00000000`00000001 ffffce02`53866688 ffffe406`b5560078 ffffce02`53866690 fffff804`37c3be90 nt!KiSearchForNewThread+0x170 ffffce02`53866698 fffff804`00000000 ffffce02`538666a0 00000000`00000000 ffffce02`538666a8 fffff804`60162054Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nv_dispig.inf_amd64_675be35f1ba2315e\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys nvlddmkm+0x942054 ffffce02`538666b0 ffffe400`b5570101 ffffce02`538666b8 fffff804`60010100 nvlddmkm+0x7f0100 ffffce02`538666c0 00000000`00000000 ffffce02`538666c8 fffff804`60000000 nvlddmkm+0x7e0000 ffffce02`538666d0 00000000`00000000 You have a very recent copy of the Nvidia graphics driver... If all of the three most recent driver versions BSOD then you'd have to suspct the graphics card itself.

I tried all the old driver versions and got the same error every time. The issue only happens when playing heavy games like Cyberpunk or Grand Theft Auto 5. At night, I played Diablo 4 for about 10 hours without any problems. But once I turned on Cyberpunk or GTA 5 after about 15 minutes, things started breaking down again.

If that's happening, it might be the graphics card.
