Before I talk about this, my PC runs perfectly when the RAM isn't pushed too hard (overclocked). The problem starts only when I try to clock it at 3200MHz instead of its usual 2400MHz. Once I clear the memory settings, everything works fine again but at a slower speed. I'm curious why this started happening and if there is a fix or if I need to buy new RAM sticks.
That sounds more like a problem with settings than broken hardware. It's likely not because you physically broke anything. The real issue is probably the timing of these profiles. Your system never ran completely stable, which can mess up your Windows install over time. Try those profiles and check if it works. If it doesn't work, you might need to back up your data and start fresh with a new installation.
