my pc freezes when the frame rate exceeds 60hz and the monitor is at 144hz
connecting the display board causes the screen to go black and stop responding
using hdmi only works at 60hz, changing it triggers a freeze
i tested three different cables for my pc but none worked
my monitor on another pc functions properly
i used a samsung odyssey g5 and an asus rog maximus z790 with the same monitor
it worked fine
i also tried another monitor on my pc with the display board connected
it functioned correctly

which resolution and refresh rate did you attempt? reset the display to factory defaults update nvidia drivers update the bios of the motherboard did you plug in the cable to the 4080 or the motherboard eventually the display port cables you tried don’t fit deep enough into your 4080’s port try a different display port on your GPU?
