My assembly includes nickel, brass, and copper components only; no aluminum at all. This process doesn’t require altering pipes, removing radiators or blocks, so my buildup stays minimal in the loop. Therefore, I suggest removing every part and cleaning it thoroughly.

First, flush the entire loop with tap water for about an hour or two (water enters through the inlet and exits through the other side after each part is flushed).
Next, repeat the flush using 10% vinegar and 90% water by filling the loop with the solution and running it for another two hours before draining.
Finally, flush with distilled water and drain after two hours.

For now, I won’t refill the loop with coolant. Instead, use 90% distilled water with a few drops of a coolant (1 or 2 drops), followed by 10% car antifreeze and 90% distilled water. After three months, I’ll repeat this flushing routine but replace the loop with fresh coolant and keep it for six to eight months. Please share your thoughts.

That's a pretty common flushing routine, some even use 25-50% vinegar solutions.
Not sure you would need PTNuke + automotive coolant (is PTNuke still around? I thought PetrasTechShop went out of business? ...no, it seems to still be around...I stand corrected)
Take that back...maybe the site just still exists? All the gear on the front page is a couple gens old.
