My PC keeps freezing and the cursor moves unexpectedly.
it has been quite some time since my laptop began to freeze unexpectedly. for instance, when closing an app or game, or simply pressing alt+tab to check Discord, my whole PC freezes but the cursor continues moving and background processes keep running. during calls, I can still participate, mute and unmute myself using keybinds. essentially, when the PC freezes, other actions happen in the background while the cursor stays active. i use an external monitor connected via HDMI, which is a solution I discovered by disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable. however, this doesn’t always work, so sometimes I have to press the power button to force restart. it’s frustrating and stressful when I’m doing something important. i require a fix or at least a more stable solution. please help me, TIA.

How much free space remains on the SSD?
What is the setup of the disks?
Does this occur when a particular application is launched?
