They are giving them two 16 gigabyte sticks, so they told me to send back the whole kit. Once I get that package, they will ship out a new one for sure. Just hoping this is the RAM and not something else, because if it's not that then I have no idea what's wrong.

You've been careful and thorough testing your RAM, so it sounds like one DIMM is bad. There is a third XMP setting I recommend trying, which is "Disabled." The BIOS manual says this: Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) lets the BIOS read data from your memory modules to boost performance when enabled. 1). Disabled - turns off this function. 2). Profile1 - uses profile one settings. 3). Profile2 - uses profile two settings. (Available only if you install a RAM module that supports it.) Profile 1 and Profile 2 are maybe different levels of memory overclocking. If your computer parts (motherboard, RAM, CPU) are unlucky, these profiles might not be perfectly stable. I'd hope 5600MT/s works well with your i9-12900K, but a 7000MT/s kit might be too fast. When you get the new RAM, set XMP to Disabled in the BIOS. The RAM speed should drop to the standard JEDEC default of 4800MT/s and I'd expect the system to work smoothly. To check this, run a full pass of MemTest86 for hours on end. Even one mistake needs fixing. Next, try XMP Profile 1. This will likely run memory at an intermediate speed (or looser timings) somewhere between the standard JEDEC speed and your RAM's max XMP speed. I'm just guessing here because the BIOS manual isn't very detailed. Run another full MemTest86 test at Profile 1. Finally, try XMP Profile 2. I'd expect this to run the fastest programmed XMP settings found in the memory chips on your DIMMs. Run another MemTest86 at Profile 2 (if it's different from Profile 1).
