100% whine from the pump. Refer to this advice: It’s unlikely you can fix much other than swapping out the pump. The radiator is positioned properly to reduce air pockets. To check if bubbles are the problem, gently tilt the case slightly—this helps keep any trapped air away from the inlet/outlet—and see if the noise improves.
