I am experiencing game crashes during gameplay in graphically demanding titles such as Apex Legends, PUBG, and Call of Duty Warzone. These crashes typically occur while falling, sometimes before exiting a plane, and result in immediate system shutdown with a return to the Windows desktop. This issue affects all games played on my PC, which has the following specifications: MSI GTX 1080 TI, Intel i7-7700K (4.2 GHz), Micron M600 SATA M.2 512GB, WD Blue 2TB, G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3000 C16 (2x8GB), and ASRock Z270 Gaming K6. I have included a user benchmark from when the problems began, which may be relevant. I am seeking assistance in identifying the cause of these crashes and would appreciate any advice or recommendations.

It’s an unremarkable unit with no significant flaws, though voltage regulation is weak and shouldn't trigger crashes. Verify your graphics and chipset drivers are current, as a DirectX error suggests reinstalling graphics drivers might help, even if they are already updated.

Please specify the temperatures for the CPU and GPU. Also, provide the model and wattage of the power supply unit.

Greetings. My 750W Powerspec power supply is experiencing issues. My CPU temperature consistently averages 62°C, while my GPU fluctuates between 73°C and 75°C. I recently played Warzone, increasing graphics settings to high, which resulted in a DirectX error. All drivers are currently updated.

It's a subpar unit with no significant flaws, though voltage regulation is weak and unlikely to trigger crashes. Confirm your graphics and chipset drivers are current; if a DirectX error persists, reinstalling your graphics drivers might resolve the issue.
