Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

I'm experiencing significant performance issues with several games – *Grand Theft Auto V*, *Dark Souls III*, *Sekiro*, *Black Mesa*, and others – despite having a PC that should theoretically handle them. My system specs are:

* **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
* **GPU:** Radeon Vega 8
* **RAM:** 4GB Kingston HyperX (2666MHz)
* **Motherboard:** ASRock A320M HDV
* **Power Supply:** Cooler Master MWE 500W
* **Storage:** WD 500GB HDD
* **Operating System:** Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

The only game that runs smoothly is *Devil May Cry 5*, achieving 30-38fps on 1080p with minimum settings, and 40-50 fps at 720p. I've tried running these games on less powerful systems (a netbook with an Intel Celeron N2840 and a friend’s PC with a Pentium Silver), and they achieved 10-15fps and 15-20fps respectively, indicating the issue isn't fundamentally related to my hardware.

I suspect the problem lies within my Windows configuration, storage drive, or potentially a driver conflict. Could you advise on possible solutions or diagnostics?

Are you plugging the monitor into the Radeon or the motherboard?
