Stuttering can be caused by various factors, but screen tearing is frequently resolved through options such as v-sync and free sync. If your television lacks free sync support, you can experiment with 'enhanced sync' within AMD’s Radeon software, a feature compatible with any display. To successfully implement this solution, configure ‘anti-aliasing’ to ‘enhance application settings’ in Radeon software and enable ‘v-sync’ within the game itself. This has been effective for me.

After extensive troubleshooting, I identified the issue, which was surprisingly not what I initially suspected. I use an Xbox One controller connected via Bluetooth to my PC for gaming. Yesterday, I played with settings and enabled FreeSync on my TV. The problem ceased temporarily until it reappeared – game lag resembling micro-stuttering due to display refresh rates. The issue resolved itself, but my controller light remained blinking. I attempted to restart the controller, but it failed to power on. Then I noticed a correlation: lag occurred when my controller battery was low. To investigate, I installed new batteries and left the battery compartment open while playing. The controller functioned correctly for approximately ten minutes before I removed a battery, instantly triggering the lag – confirming that controller disconnection causes the lag. This aligns with my observation of experiencing lag after prolonged use on the same batteries before switching to new ones. I will continue updating this information. Thank you for your assistance.
