Hey, so I just ran a userBenchmark and the GPU isn't performing as well as expected. They say this can handle basic 3D games, but it might struggle to run Warzone or GTA on high FPS. So, I'm wondering if something is wrong with the GPU now.

Userbench isn't really testing your rig properly, so it doesn't show real performance. It might just be the thermal paste that matters. Can you take it to a shop and have them reapply it while they test it for you? Diagnosing without seeing the problem is tough.

Alright, well since this is still in warranty, i am going to send it to Acer so they have a look of what is the problem.

I'll do that! I think it's a graphics card (GPU) issue because my GPU says it's at 100%, but the temperature isn't going up at all; it stays around 50-60 degrees. Before, it used to go up to 80.
