I changed from an r7-3700x and drr4 RAM to an i7-13700k and drr5. I retained the same 3070 ASUS TUF OC but struggled with stable frames at higher settings. At 120fps in 720p works, though I used to run it lower. After a Windows reinstall and tweaking settings, nothing helped. Any suggestions?

Update your system and ensure all drivers are up to date. Reinstalling from the beginning isn’t an issue with Windows.
