Any new update gaming from the HDD? if you are having 0 problems from the HDD, then you may need to replace the NVMe you have. I'd stay away from the Samsung 970's i am seeing a lot of issues being reported and always someone has the 970 EVO

That’s great news! Keep an eye on things and see how it plays out over time – if you’re still having issues with the SSD, there might be a problem with it.

looked through event viewer and majority of the errors say application hang, application error and program stopped interacting with windows
