Hi there. I’ve just received my new Alienware DWF OLED monitor and I’m experiencing some unusual artifacts in the light transitions from dark to bright areas. There appears to be uneven consistency wherever similar brightness changes occur. It seems to affect most times with matching brightness shifts. I’m not sure if this is related to Windows 11, my AMD 7900XTX graphics card, or the monitor itself. Anyone else facing this problem or has it been resolved? Don’t worry, you’re not crazy—no photo can capture it clearly since it only shows up during movement and fades when the screen freezes. You might not notice it at all or just see it briefly. Think of those visual lines next to the video in an exaggerated way.

I own an old Benq screen from 2008 and it seems unchanged. It’s likely just how YouTube displays that look. The point I made about display aging comes from the fact that it’s far removed from a modern LCD setup (no HDMI or anything fancy), yet it still behaves the same.

Awesome! You're welcome. I'll dig deeper, though the results are quite noticeable.
