I changed the fan speeds, but they don't actually speed up anything. Also, trying to change the XMP setting doesn't help at all because it still runs at the same frequency. I have an RX 5500 XT card and a Gigabyte B150-D3H motherboard. I've tried using MSI Afterburner, turned off the graphics processing unit, and nothing has worked yet. Thanks for reading and helping me out!

MSI Afterburner is a bad choice for AMD graphics cards because it's not really needed there. If you want to boost performance or tweak fan speeds, just use the official card driver software instead. Check this video for more info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iioca5PJypk

MSI Afterburner isn't great for AMD cards because I know that. To overclock or change the fan speed, you should use the built-in Radeon program instead. Check out this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iioca5PJypk

Thanks for sharing! I can use that instead. Do you know anything about the XMP issue too?
