My Minecraft gameplay is unstable without OptiFine.
Hello everyone, I consistently achieve very high frame rates while playing Minecraft, however the gameplay appears somewhat stuttering. Utilizing Optifine resolves this issue. Here are my computer specifications: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KCPMJV. I’ve attempted to reduce the rendering distance and graphics settings, but the problem persists. All mods have been removed, and I've performed a complete Minecraft installation. My display’s refresh rate is 60Hz. Thank you, Jiry.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to use Vsync because it introduces a noticeable amount of lag for me.
