My Minecraft game sometimes lags noticeably when the screen updates to show a new area.
My Minecraft usually runs really smoothly, around 200 to 400 frames per second. However, whenever a new area loads, my frame rate plummets to just 9 or even zero. I’ve already tried increasing the amount of RAM Minecraft is using to 4GB, but it's still dropping like a stone.
