My mind is going wild… the GPU keeps failing! I've checked everything. Is the GPU, PSU, or motherboard the issue?

The specifications are listed in the signature. I've tested Windows 11 and then tried Windows 10, using high performance mode in Windows. Adding a second PSU works for about 20 minutes before freezing and crashing. I restarted the PC, but it crashed again shortly after.
Evga gq 850w power supply is brand new. Three separate PSU cables are installed. Attempted to connect a second PSU to two 3/4 PSU GPU ports but it still crashes.
Consider running memtest to check for errors. Review fault logs to see what caused crashes. Is the issue limited to one drive? Are games stored on a different drive?
It might be related to a driver problem. On the latest version, drivers would operate at full capacity and begin VCE idling at low temperatures and power levels. Previously, it would exceed 800 MHz and 37W, causing artifacts and system freezing. After reinstalling the drivers, everything functioned perfectly.
Performs well with 3D benchmarks and finishes. Cinebench also works without problems. Possibly RAM issue, but I've used it long without problems. GPU is fine too—just RAM and board are new. Added a sound card, though I'm not sure. It's mounted on a riser, which functioned okay before.
I check the event viewer. There are many “kernel power” errors and some GPU driver issues.
