Would it make sense to boost the RAM speed? My BIOS doesn't let me change this setting, and my laptop probably is supposed to run at 4800 MHz. Maybe I'm using the wrong sticks though?

I switched from Firefox to Chrome because Firefox used way too much RAM and made my computer feel slow. While working on other things, I like having my browser open so I can look up research or listen to music online. Chrome is using about 2GB of memory when all my tabs are open, which is better than Firefox that was using 3GB. Right now I have a good amount of free space left over, but the speed problem keeps coming back in small ways. I still don't know why it happens and I'm not sure if it's just a glitch with too much memory. I checked the Task Manager and didn't see any strange differences between the two programs.

Is anyone else having trouble with something I can fix? I'm just trying out more of Sonic Mania on my computer, but these glitches are coming up again. -\-

I feel like nobody is answering my questions here anymore. It just feels like I'm talking to myself. 🙁 If you want to see what's happening, I've saved the Resource Monitor data from a few minutes ago. I still don't know exactly why those stutters happened, but I think it isn't the memory. So maybe it could be something wrong with my hard drives or CPU.
