My laptop isn't working anymore. Help needed.
i applied throttlestop yesterday and adjusted cpu and gpu settings. now the device isn't functioning properly. this is my first experience with it; after stopping, it restarted and several programs ceased to work. i tried again with reduced throttle levels, but the issue persists. when it starts up, repair mode activates and loops occur.
with loggfil: c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtrail.txt.
i attempted to resolve the problem using commands, but no access is granted. even with a usb reboot, I can't access anything. the battery and cmos tests also failed.
