You are asking what I actually understand when someone says they don't want me watching them? Be very clear about it. And show me some pictures of what is happening. No one else but you can see your computer screen right now, so if anyone wants advice, only you have to be looking at the screen and listening too.
It was an old home and student version but it wasn't a trial run, it was already turned on. In any case, if someone downloads Home or Student from Microsoft before buying Office 365, they can't use the full features. If you install Office online, you get stuck in a tab that says you don't have a subscription unless you really bought one and linked your account to the right version. Even though it's supposed to work automatically with whatever version you choose?
when was this? The 365 plan is only sold online through subscription, unless I'm wrong about it. If you had the Home & Student version on your system when you bought it, then to get a copy of the OEM software again you would need a link from the original seller. When you erase your existing Windows install and put in one downloaded straight from Microsoft, you lose any other software that came with the old version.
That's right, sorry I was kinda out of my mind because after a fresh install of Windows 10, my computer is so messed up. I used to run Windows from 98, but Windows 7 was actually the best one ever. I asked for the factory reset file from the manufacturer and they gave me exactly what I needed. Now I have to do whatever I have to do. All of this happened because I accidentally clicked "clean junk" on Avira antivirus and maybe it deleted or broke my system files, which made things like Windows Update, SFC, and DISM stop working. I tried everything to avoid installing clean windows again but nothing worked at fixing the files. Now I'm completely stuck :-( Thank you all for your suggestions, time and effort; they really helped me out.
