I own my computer for two years and never faced issues, but during the blackout I managed to get online through Ethernet, and the display remained steady.

It seems you're suggesting a connection issue, possibly thinking the internet isn't available. Regarding the LED being stable, it likely means the light remains consistent and doesn't flicker or change brightness during operation.

Network devices in Windows experience changes when you turn off and back on the Ethernet adapter. Can you use the troubleshooter after this action?

The adapter isn't displayed. I attempted to reinstall the drivers, but it didn't work.

Have you checked your Ethernet connection using various cables? Does the performance remain consistent across multiple ports on your switch or router?

looks like it might be overheating. generally i prefer intel nic's for better stability. onboard usually uses broadcom, but i keep it until it fails.
