My initial TrueNAS installation starts but fails to post.
My initial TrueNAS installation starts but fails to post.
My setup starts up correctly with fans running and LEDs displaying, but no video output appears.
I’ve checked various settings and observed nothing unusual.
The process doesn’t trigger a POST screen or any beeps.
I’ve tried different CPUs—Ryzen PRO 4750G and Ryzen 5 3600 with a GPU—but still no success.
Hardware details are listed, including the motherboard and components.
What I’m considering next is testing another older GPU or adjusting the bent CPU pin on the 4750G.
I want to narrow down the cause—BIOS issues, RAM problems, or a faulty board.
We require additional details in the form of images to illustrate the extent of the bent pin. Have you tested with one stick of ram? Did you try another ram kit to confirm it's not incompatible? How is the processor being cooled? You may need to obtain a CH341A BIOS programming toolkit and reflash the BIOS on your motherboard to determine if this resolves the issue.
