After running many Cinebench r20 tests, I keep getting numbers between 1630 and 1800. The average is supposed to be around 2700 to 3200 on multiple videos and threads. I am currently under-volting at these settings and all my cores are set to a frequency of 4.0. This frequency only reaches about 2.9 in games, which seems wrong for me. For Cinebench r20, my temps stay constant at 70C while my clock speed is always between 2.5 and 2.6 GHz (other videos show it going up to 3.8 or even 4.0 GHz). The throttle stop settings are set here: https://imgur.com/a/3KB5Dz1. I also have FIVR settings at: https://imgur.com/a/BCpZxEQ and TPL settings at: https://imgur.com/S66uJro

Have you lowered the CPU's memory speed too much? That huge drop in voltage might be breaking your power limits. Please try lowering the clock speed instead.

Did you lower the CPU cache voltage too much? That -160.2 number sounds like it might have hit your power limit. You should try going with a slower clock speed instead.
