So recently I've experienced these game stutters while playing online in battle royale titles, or games with intense loading and numerous players. I initially assumed it was my PC, but it also occurs on the PS4. I purchased a completely new PC just to test and then returned it, yet the issue persists.

I believed it was my internet connection, but I couldn't pinpoint anything wrong. All my internet tests showed near-perfect performance on both my end and theirs. I even changed my internet provider, plugged in a new router, but the stuttering continued.

This situation is really frustrating for me. It was functioning perfectly before, and I have no clear understanding of what's causing the problem. I've checked my PC, internet setup, and even tried different ports and locations in my house, including switching Ethernet cables.

I've found some online suggestions about electrical issues or EMI, but nothing concrete helps. Regarding the gameplay itself, I sometimes encounter extreme micro stuttering in games, which appears as brief lag or cut-off moments before it recovers. It's extremely annoying and disrupts the experience.

For PUBG, the same issue occurs, but the graphics are much worse—like it's struggling to load or connect. My hardware seems fine, and the problem appears even on a brand new PC, so it's not my machine's fault.

If anyone has any insights or solutions, please share. This is significantly affecting my mental well-being and causing a lot of stress. I've invested more than $6,000 in my setup and can't play games smoothly at all.

Update your update to contain detailed information about the system hardware and operating system. Add PSU specifications such as make, model, wattage, age, and condition. List all network equipment including modem, router, switches, power line adapters, APs, etc. Check if the router logs are available and enabled; review them for potential clues. Identify who holds full administrative privileges on the router and request assistance if needed. Examine Resource Monitor and Task Manager to assess system performance, noting resource usage percentages and active processes. Investigate Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, or events matching the observed issues. Consider using Process Explorer from Microsoft’s site if necessary.

Evga 750W Gold Modular, 1 year old
Network: Telus & Shaw
8700k, Windows 10 Pro
32gb RAM GSKill 3600MHz
NVMe Adata S11 SSD, 500gb Kingston SSD
2070 EVGA Super
MSI Z370 Gaming Plus
NXZT X73 360mm Liquid cooler
Telus & Shaw is my internet service provider.
Attempted to install them in various locations around the house, but no improvement. Checked router logs and found nothing suspicious. I’m convinced it’s not related to my PC or internet service. After switching providers, the same issue persisted, even on my PS4. Resource monitor and task manager showed no unusual activity. I’ve reinstalled Windows multiple times, closed applications, and downloaded test games without resolving the problem. Initially, I suspected hardware issues, but after replacing RAM, SSD, GPU, and still facing stutters, I considered external factors like poor electricity or EMI interference from my router.

I just bought an APS Back up-UPS Pro 1500 Battery Backup, but it didn't work. I'm not sure what to do next.

Connected my Internet and PC to the UPS, which ran on battery and left my outlets unused. Still experienced stuttering. Swapped the PC for a PS4 and the same issue occurred. Two brand new PCs all stutter. Two different internet providers caused the problem on both devices. Uncertain what to do now. Believed it was power issues, but it can't be. It's unlikely both providers were faulty at the same time.

The low render distance appears to be related to the GPU. Is it consistent across various devices?

No solution found. Several PCs, new monitors, TVs, etc. I recently purchased a lot of these items that are returnable. I've even run the battery on UPS. The same games affect PC and PS4, but they run smoothly together. +3 ISP tests passed. Are you experiencing input delay, or does the game stutter?
