About a month ago I started seeing odd GUI issues in apps like Autodesk 3ds Max, Minecraft, and Tunerstudio MS. I've tried everything—updating drivers, reinstalling programs—but the problems keep happening. It's really frustrating and sometimes it just doesn't improve.

No, it doesn't stay in one specific area of your screen.

It occurs in every location I shift the mouse over, especially when there are images or text present.

Adjust graphics options to disable anti-aliasing. This resolved the problem in Blender, possibly a similar issue.

It seems like you're describing a situation where you're facing the same problem as before and want to disable the AA battery. Let me know how I can assist!
