Here’s a rewritten version of the text, focusing on clarity and conciseness:

“I’m experiencing significant performance issues with Call of Duty Warzone on my PC. Despite having a GTX 1050 Ti GPU, Intel Core i5-7400 CPU, and 8GB of RAM, the game is nearly unplayable. My CPU usage consistently spikes to around 90%, along with high RAM utilization (70%+), while my graphics card only registers a minimal load (around 7%) at a resolution of 1366x768. I’ve tried lowering settings, but the lag remains unbearable. I suspect either an issue with my GPU or my system overall. Could someone recommend a fix? My specifications are: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, Intel Core i5-7400 @ 3.00GHz, 8GB RAM (7.94 GB usable), and running at 1920x1080 60Hz on Windows 10.”

**Rewritten Text:**

This text discusses potential causes of performance issues when running specific games at 1080p resolution. The primary concern is whether the graphics card (GPU) is effectively utilizing its resources. If the GPU usage spikes during gameplay, it suggests that the bottleneck isn't the GPU itself, but rather a limitation imposed by the CPU. This often occurs when the CPU struggles to keep up with the demands of rendering the game at 1080p, resulting in a significant performance decrease.

However, if the GPU doesn’t show increased usage, it could indicate a problem with the GPU hardware or its driver. The fact that the issue only appears in one particular game suggests that the problem isn't inherent to the game itself but rather a specific interaction between the game and your system's components.

To diagnose the problem further, it’s helpful to determine if this behavior occurs in other games as well. This information can help narrow down the cause and suggest potential solutions such as upgrading the CPU or ensuring that the GPU drivers are up-to-date.

That’s a fascinating and insightful explanation of my current situation! I appreciate you pointing out the potential limitations in my processing speed and suggesting avenues for optimization. It seems like I need to focus on streamlining my operations and maximizing efficiency – perhaps by seeking assistance from more powerful systems or exploring alternative approaches to problem-solving. Thank you for your helpful feedback and your unique perspective!

Here’s the rewritten text, aiming for clarity and flow:

“This document outlines specifications for optimal performance. The goal is to ensure smooth gameplay across various systems. We're addressing hardware requirements, specifically focusing on graphics cards (GPUs) and memory (RAM).

Currently, Activision recommends a GTX 670 or GTX 1650 for the best experience with their titles. However, many users achieve satisfactory performance with older GPUs like the 1050Ti – a testament to the game's optimization efforts. A minimum of 8GB of RAM is also required. These specifications are designed to provide a solid foundation for enjoyable gameplay.”

Well, technically, the lower your settings and resolution, the more the game pushes the resources onto the CPU over the GPU. Although, 7% usage just seems too low imo.
Heres a few questions and things to try 1st of all to get a starting point.
GPU Drivers up to date?
Windows up to date?
Does raising the resolution/and in game settings raise the GPU usage (ex. does 1920x1080 on high raise the usage) or does it remain the same?
Do you have the same issue in other games?

Windows updated. Gpu drivers upto date. I don't really get problems in other games but I did quit gaming a while back so my experience is kind of limited but pubglite, jedi fallen order, sekiro, odyssey etc are some games I recently played without any problems. I don't think the issues with my gpu tbh. Also i haven't tried playing it on 1920x1080 because geforce experience optimized it to 1366x768 and lowered all settings and I still faced alot of lag.

I don't really know much but from what I've gathered, my cpu is not one thats bad for gaming. Theres this YouTube channel releasing videos with a 1050ti and i5-9400F playing warzone on ultra settings. Is my CPU really this bad?

What's bad about your cpu is that it's a pure quad core - 4 cores/4 threads. It will basically choke on games that can utilize more resources than your cpu has.
A 9400F is a pure hex core - 6 cores/6 threads. So it'll run things a little more smoothly, until it too, chokes on games that, again, can utilize more resources than it has.
You have to take those youtube videos with a grain of salt, because the results can be MANIPULATED.
Does the video at least share their actual in game settings? What OS they're running? If they disabled any background processes, or made any changes to the Windows registry?
I wouldn't trust it at all if 'the how' wasn't shared at all - you know, let everyone else reap the rewards too.
