I’ve been struggling with screen tearing and stuttering in games for years, despite having decent hardware. I’ve tried everything – reinstalling drivers, updating Windows, even building a completely new PC with an i7 9700K (OC'd to 5GHz), an RTX 2070, a powerful 750W PSU, and high-speed RAM – but nothing seems to consistently fix the issue. My monitor is an Acer XF240H at 144Hz connected via DisplayPort, which should theoretically handle this. It feels like I'm playing on a 30Hz monitor, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve spent two years trying to troubleshoot this without success.

This text appears to be a series of images, likely screenshots or captures from a computer screen. The content within these images is varied and includes what looks like code snippets, diagrams, and potentially some text-based information. Without further context or description, it's difficult to provide a more detailed or structured rewrite.

However, here’s a rewritten version aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“This document contains several screenshots. These images show various digital content, including code snippets, diagrams, and potentially textual data. The specific nature of the content within each screenshot is not immediately apparent without further context.”
