So to clarify: Aida 64 is a tool that allows you to evaluate components separately, pushing them under stress to check their stability. As it isn't a game, it functions as a synthetic benchmark.

You may apply that, but under tools there is a stability test, use that. That’s intended for items like that. Please verify the checkboxes: Stress CPU, Stress FPU, Stress cache, Stress system memory, stress GPU(s). Hit "start".

Let it operate for roughly half an hour to an hour. Or if it's late at night at your place, let it run overnight.
(AIDA64 won't shut down by itself, so if it's closed your PC likely crashed and restarted.)
I encountered that message before, but I rejected it. Now I'm not sure what it refers to anymore.
