I’m struggling to figure out how to take a screenshot from my computer and get it over here—I’m seeing high GPU usage and the CPU temperature is running warm, but I just can't seem to capture an image.

Use HWinfo64 for monitoring as it reads true tdie temps, no offsets (10c variance for 2nd gen Ryzen).
Run HWinfo64 sensors only.
Take screenshots of tdie temps and cpu speed. Do this when the game stutters. There's a screenshot button on the keyboard.
Paste screenshot in paint. Save as png and upload it to Imgur.
In Imgur after signing up and uploading picture it'll give link options. Copy bb code option and paste here.

Just to clarify, I was referring to the screenshot key—you know, the one that takes a picture of your screen.

The noise of the crowd really picks up, and then things begin to glitch out.

Hey, thanks so much for sending that image over. Everything seems pretty stable to me – the performance is looking right, and your temperatures are healthy too. You might want to experiment with Windows’ balanced power plan and set the processor state to a minimum of 10%. You can find that setting within advanced power options under your chosen power plan.

Hwinfo is showing that your RAM speed is currently running at 2133MHz. Just checking – have you gone into your BIOS settings and enabled XMP?

Honestly, I've always steered clear of using those profile bios.

Your ram wouldn't be set then to run at it's rated speed. Default is 2133 until XMP is enabled.
Hopefully this helps.
Once done (hopefully), check Hwinfo and memory controller clock should say 1500.
Did you configure this PC yourself or did you have help?

I ordered a computer from a website that assembled them for me.
