My game is experiencing significant lag.
I was playing Apex Legends and the game kept freezing. After downloading Fortnite, I received a notification about missing a driver for optimal performance, which included a download link for NVIDA drivers. I installed it but later experienced lag when using Chrome, so I cleared all NVIDA programs from settings. However, some graphics functions stopped working, so I re-downloaded the drivers and everything functioned normally again. Now my game is lagging significantly. This issue never occurred before I manually downloaded the drivers. My download speeds were 38 Mbps with a 66 ping, upload was 90 Mbps and 95 ping. Is this a connection problem or a PC issue? I’ve owned this system for 1.5 years.

Check the CPU and GPU temperatures when idle and under load. Are there any signs of overclocking on the CPU, GPU, or memory? Has your system been checked for malware? How much space is currently used on your SSD?
I've never tried to over clock anything I haven't really done anything to my pc after building it except changing the Hz from 60 to 180 Hz and the scans say everything is fine. Here is a picture of my taskbar, I hope it's understandable even though the text is in Norwegian, I'm currently running Apex.

Your SSD seems to be operating at or close to full capacity, which might be causing the delay you're noticing. Have you updated the drivers for your motherboard's latest AMD chipset? https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads...b650e.html
