32gb ram at 3200mhz with a Ryzen 7 2700x and MSI Tomahawk B450 is running the RTX 3070. Games experience stutters, lag, occasional freezes, and high latency after those moments—it’s really bothersome. I’m not sure if it’s a thermal issue since temperatures are normal. Could someone help me figure out what’s going on?

I would employ a tool such as MSI afterburner to identify the problematic area. Excessive usage and temperatures lead to stuttering in games. Ensure your monitor's refresh rate is correctly configured too.

Visit the virus scan tool, reveal the extension and hidden files first. Navigate to the Windows folder on your CDrive, then look for the "rss" directory. If you find a file called "csrss.exe", it indicates the issue.
