Recently, my friend acquired a new graphics card—an RX 590—and subsequently installed a Ryzen 2600x processor. He hasn't performed any overclocking and uses a 600-watt power supply. However, he experiences crashes when increasing the maximum frame rate within games or at unpredictable moments. My suspicion is that a BIOS update is required. He has an A320m-HDV R3.0 motherboard. He previously ran games like PUBG and Rocket League without issue, but now encounters problems with the new configuration. He possesses the appropriate drivers for his system.

For an RX 590, a Corsair CX550 would be a reasonable minimum standard; however, I’d recommend opting for a better one.

What power supply would you suggest for him that’s also relatively affordable?

There will be two opportunities.
Perhaps your computer does not fulfill the specifications, such as processors, memory, read-only memory, and so on.
Possibly the game is absent of a necessary code or lacks a graphical user interface.

His computer significantly doesn’t meet the necessary specifications, and other users with comparable machines are playing without issues—some perform better, some worse. Therefore, I don’t believe the problem lies within the game's code because it’s occurring across several different titles.
