CPU might be fine, and if its K-SKU, you he could OC it. Or with minor upgrade get i7. Ivy i7s are still base of many gaming PCs.

It works well for playing Fortnite as long as you invest about $40 to $70 in a used GPU. The performance varies by game; it handles many indie and less demanding titles easily, but mid to high graphics games will require lowering the resolution to 900p or even 720p to run smoothly on lower to medium settings. Without a GPU, you can still play some indie games and older titles, which might be more enjoyable than playing the latest high-graphics AAA games.
