I've finally assembled my computer, but it’s not starting up. The motherboard is displaying a yellow light, and I'm unsure of how to proceed. I’ve attempted multiple BIOS resets and other troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Please assist me.

Have you checked to see if your primary drive or any storage device is properly connected?
Have you inspected the power supply unit?

I have a desktop computer featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 processor with its original cooler, an ASUS Prime B450M-A motherboard, a 500W EVGA power supply, a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 with 8GB of memory, a 240GB Toshiba SSD for storage, a 1TB Western Digital Blue hard drive with a rotational speed of 7200 RPM and 64MB cache, a Be Quiet! PureWings 2 140mm fan, and 2x4GB Corsair RAM at a speed of 2400 MHz, housed in a Phanteks Eclipse P350x case.

There aren't any fans rotating, only a yellow illumination which I believe isn’t ideal.
