my frame rate is decreasing compared to expectations

my setup details:
gigabyte rx 580 8gb
ryzen 5 1600
cooler master mwe 500watt
asus b450m a
2x4 ram ddr4 2400
master box lite 5
i play fortnite and csgo. on fortnite i see around 100 fps at low settings, while in videos people with low settings shoot over 140 fps. on csgo i get 160 fps at low settings but high settings show 270 fps. when i built this pc i downloaded all the drivers (chipset, gpu, bios, lan etc.) maybe i made a mistake. feel free to assist me
Maybe you're using vsync enabled, adjust it in nvpanel so the game controls the frame rate. Switch off vsync during games and let us know if your performance gets better. Good luck!
Was die Leistung wirklich so unterschiedlich, ob alles ähnlich oder stark variiert? Welche Einstellungen wurden für diese FPS gefunden? Ist VSYNC aktiviert? Haben sie die gleiche RAM-Leistung wie dein Ryzen-System? Aus meiner Ausbildung hier wurde mir klar, dass um in Wettkämpfen mehr Frames zu erzielen, die RAM-Geschwindigkeiten optimiert werden müssen. 2400 MHz liegt etwas über der niedrigsten Geschwindigkeit von 2133 MHz. Wie wird die CPU und GPU während des Spiels genutzt?
True, but in about 90% of cases the BIOS sets DDR4 to 2133 MHz. Perfectly fine for Ryzen 3000+ for optimal speed.
He mentioned his RAM is 2400, just to show he knows his current model is a bit better than the slowest one.
