My frame rate is consistently dropping to a low level in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Recently, I’ve encountered some fluctuations in frame rates while playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, which is quite frustrating. During gameplay, my FPS varies considerably, ranging from approximately 70 to 170. Despite my CPU and GPU operating at around 30-40% utilization, this appears anomalous.
I suspect a potential issue with the CPU’s thread configuration, although I may be mistaken. I've spent several hours researching solutions online without success. The FPS remains consistently unstable.
It seems unlikely that my computer is inherently deficient, considering my ability to achieve a stable 100 FPS while playing Call of Duty: Warzone on its lowest settings. If a resolution to this problem exists, I implore you to reveal yourself! Or should I simply discard my current PC and invest all my funds in acquiring a new one – which seems an excessive measure, frankly.
