My FPS in Rust is terrible, but my PC is good.
Pc specs:
Rtx 4070 ti Super
I7-10700k
Corsair Vengeance lpx 32gb 3200mhz ddr4
Wd Blue 4tb
samsung 970 evo 1tb
gigabyte z490 gaming x ax
I just reset my pc and am seeing full ram speed with the xmp profile, so it seems not a problem. Graphics drivers are current. The only changes I made were updating nvidia control panel to OpenGL rendering on my graphics card and setting preferred refresh rate to the highest available. I plan to share benchmarks via userbenchmark in replies as needed. Rust settings below. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My best performance was 70 fps when idle, but usually around 40-50 while running, occasionally dropping to 30. I can't post screenshots of my rust settings here for some reason.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. Please include it's age as well. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Host your images/videos on a site like Imgur or their ilk and then pass on a link for us to see them.
I didn't alter the bios, but clearing the computer erased the xmp profile I had set up. I restored it yesterday to regain full performance from the RAM.

All components were bought in December 2020 except the RAM, which is at least four years old or slightly newer but works well.

If you are certain the BIOS version for your motherboard is F2; you can be sure it isn't listed on the support page, it's probable the BIOS was taken off their site because of issues. I recommend updating the BIOS to the newest release, then clearing the CMOS and finally re-enabling X.M.P in the BIOS settings.
