I'm experiencing an issue with Forza Horizon 4; when I launch the game, audio works until I reach the Senna screen, at which point it disappears entirely from my speakers. However, when using a monitor for audio output, the sound functions normally. This behavior is peculiar, and my speakers operate flawlessly with other applications and games. Interestingly, these same speakers functioned correctly with Forza Horizon 4 approximately two months ago during my last playthrough. Could you advise on the cause of this problem and suggest a solution?

Turn off every audio device besides the primary speakers. Deactivate sound settings. Reboot. Reactivate sound settings. Launch the game. If this fails, try using Forza 4’s troubleshooting tool—likely found within the Microsoft Store. I’m not certain about this part.

My device has only one speaker connected. I attempted to disconnect it, reset it, power it on and off, and even removed the drivers, but none of these actions resolved the issue.

I am experiencing the same problem. There’s audio playing at the start, but it disappears once I begin operating the vehicle. Several users in online communities are also encountering this issue, and a satisfactory fix hasn’t been found yet. I won't be modifying my drivers because everything else functions correctly, and my Realtek audio is quite sensitive.
