It’s not the support team’s fault that I’ve attempted various solutions and regarding the issue, I don’t have an alternative option currently. 🙁

A frame rate of 30-40fps is still playable and pleasurable. I’ll be moving on to Far Cry 5; I'm finished with this game and will request a refund.
