OS: Windows Vista
CPU: Intel Core i5-4210U 1.7GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 440
Ram: 2 GB
I’ve been told too much and I’m confident my family won’t upgrade this, yet everyone around me has newer gear while I’m stuck with these outdated components that barely handle a bit of stress.
Can I really try to overclock the CPU or GPU? I’ve seen similar talks here, but it might be too old for anyone to recall honestly. I managed to hit 10-25 FPS in Team Fortress 2.
It’s still too soon to judge, but Fraps is consuming a lot of CPU power—around 30-40% during recording and 70% when playing or streaming at the same time.
This machine is really old; I only have about 150 GB of storage, and it feels sluggish.

There is no possibility of having a 4210U in the same PC as a GT440. The 4210U is a relatively new (Q2 2014) mid-range laptop processor designed specifically for ultrabooks, which lack the ports needed for desktop GPUs. Determine your actual CPU and we can assist you further.

Explaining how Vista could run on a modern CPU is tricky, especially since the 4210U is a laptop processor and the 4400 is even older. It makes more sense if you're referring to the Intel HD 4400.
